This is a beautiful intimate italian-Spanish restaurant in a charming street of Bracciano. Interior is beautifully and tastefully decorated to create a warm but posh atmosphere. Infact, I loved the small lamp on the table so much that I googled it. I will most likely purchase it in the near future. For food, we ordered 2 appetizers: Zucca-Uovo-Funghi, and Polpo Patate, 2 first course: Zucca e guanciale, and Carbonara, 1 desert: limon tart. Appetizers were fantastic. They are small beautiful little arts that come in a big plate--- like french restaurant. Polpo Patate was plated like a little cake with gold, so beautiful. But potato part was slightly burnt so the taste of the burnt potato dominated in the mouth. Pasta dishes were good and bad. Zucca e guanciale was delicious with sweet of pumpkin and salty of guanciale. Carbonara was way too salty. I could not finish eating it even though carbonara is one of my favorite dishes of all time. (I love it so much that I ate it 5 days in a row when I first visited Rome) Limón Tart was ok. It was still frozen inside...I am not sure if it is supposed to be frozen?!?! So with 2 bottles of water and the food costed €53, in case you are curious. Overall, I liked the restaurant and I will go back there to try different dishes and enjoy the atmosphere. But for sure i will not order carbonara.
We had a fantastic dinner at Brutal. All the food was amazing, we had the carbonara and the seafood paella as well as the chocolate tart for dessert. Service was fantastic too. I will return.
It’s always amazing to stumble across a place that marries an amazing location, service, and quality of food. The menu is mouthwatering and of such a high quality— I will be sure to return as soon as possible!
